We offer FREE shipping for orders over $50.00 in Australia.  For orders under $50 a flat rate of $9.95 for Parcel Post or $11.95 for Express Post is applied.

Yes!  We can ship to any location across the globe.  The shipping cost for deliveries internationally is $15 if we ship from Australia.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

This will depend on the location of our warehouses.  We do ship from a number of locations across the globe:

Shipping from Australia - please allow 14 - 21 days.

Shipping from the US - please allow 21 - 28 days.

Shipping from Asia - please allow 21 - 28 days.

Customized and Engraved orders - please allow 21 - 35 days.

We will always put a shipping estimate on the product page. 

 

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Yes! After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. You can track it's progress on our site.  Once your order is posted, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You have no need to worry.  All orders are insured so if you do not receive your order we will refund or send another one.  Your choice!  Simply contact us!

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR FREE ITEMS

This depends on the promotion and where the item is being shipped from.  Shipping for these events start from $6.95 to $9.95 per item. This includes handling charges and Insurance.  Actual prices will always be clearly stated on the product page.

DOES THE AUCTION HAVE A RESERVE?

No, we sometimes let items go for as little as $1.00.  

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE AUCTION ITEMS?

Your satisfaction is important to us, so we check all our auction items to ensure they meet our exacting standards.  Like all of our products, jewellery in the Dollar Auctions are of excellent quality.   Most of the items are either products that have been discontinued in our store, clearance items, samples or products we choose to place in the auction to give our customers an opportunity to grab a "Super Bargain".
